The chestnut rolls contain very low levels of alcohol (rum), which lends them a distinct flavor but still allows children to consume them safely. Ingredients:
- 25 dkg of ground crackers
For the cream:
- 25 dkg of classic chestnut puree
- Chocolate frosting on top
Mix the ingredients and stretch the mixture into a rectangular shape on a wet kneading board. Spread the chestnut cream on top, roll
it up, frost it with melted chocolate, and refrigerate it. Thaw it, and then serve it in slices.
