Staying true to its name, this salad is truly refreshing. It can be served with any main course, or consumed by itself.Ingredients:
- 25 dkg of plain whole chestnuts
- 1 tsp of fresh orange peel
Cook the chestnuts in 5 dl of water until they are soft. Peel and grate the carrots. Rinse the fruits, slice the banana, then peel and chop the oranges, apricots, and the grapefruit into cubes. Cut the chestnuts, hazelnuts, and dates into rough pieces, then, mix them with yogurt and orange peel. Place the carrots and fruits onto a plate, pour the
yogurt dressing on top, and -- voilà -- you’ve got a refreshing chestnut salad!
